If you decide to return the products, you have 14 calendar days from the date of the invoice or check.
The returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt received upon purchase.

For cash payments, the amount will be refunded to you on the day the product is returned.
If you paid by bank card, you will need to fill in a special form for the bank and the amount will be returned to you within 15 working days.
