Returns

You can return products within 14 calendar days from the date the receipt or invoice was issued.

Return Conditions

The product must be intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or invoice.

Refunds

• Cash payment: the product value is refunded on the day of return.
• Bank card payment: a bank request form must be completed, and the amount is refunded within 7 business days.
