This document establishes the terms and conditions for the use of this website and the conditions for accessing the website, making orders for products present through this website (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions"). Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and performing any transaction through it.
Personal data are processed under our Privacy Policy and Law No. 195/2024. Data do not become the store’s property. Accepting terms is not marketing consent. No clause excludes the controller’s statutory data protection obligations.

The www.carousel.md newsletters are sent through the company "Toys Market " SRL. Thus, confidentiality and security of information are ensured.
When the user fills in the form made available by www.carousel.md in the "CONTACT" section, he expresses his agreement regarding the receipt of Newsletters. The option regarding the agreement issued by the Client can be modified at any time, by renouncing the receipt of Newsletters does not imply renouncing the acceptance given for these "Terms and Conditions".
Order products that are in stock
To activate the "Order" service, the User must set the Order's preferred details (where to be delivered, shipping method and payment method) in the "Customer Information" form, and these settings will be retained and used for each Order. These settings can be changed at any time.
By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all the data provided is real and correct, otherwise they could bear the consequences of these errors (Order delayed, wrongly transmitted, etc.).
www.carousel.md cannot be held responsible for erroneously entered information, which may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transport charges for reshipping the Order will be borne by the Customer.
By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that a www.carousel.md representative will contact him by any available means agreed by the Parties (e-mail/telephone) for personal confirmation of the Order.
(This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order request. Your contract to purchase these products is not fully concluded until we send an email)
Request cancellation or withdrawal at info@carousel.md under the return policy below. The statutory right is not limited to 30 minutes. Charging follows the payment method used.
www.carousel.md can refuse an Order following a prior notification addressed to the Customer, without any obligations between the parties and without a party being able to claim damages, for the following situations :
failure / invalidation of the online transaction;
non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Customer's card / of the transaction;
incomplete or incorrect Customer data;
the Client's activity may cause damage to the website www.carousel.md / partenerilor;
consecutive failed deliveries;
other objective reasons: if the Client does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and that it is not obtained through a fraudulent method or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.
Even though it has taken all measures to ensure that the information presented on this website is accurate and correct, www.carousel.md cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies that may appear when the Customer completes the forms on the website to complete the Order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.
In certain situations and for justified reasons, www.carousel.md reserves the right to change the quantity of the Goods in the Order. In these situations , www.carousel.md will notify the Customer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller when placing the Order and will return the amount paid.
The contract is considered concluded between the Customer and www.carousel.md at the moment the Customer receives from www.carousel.md , via e-mail and/or phone call, the notification of the dispatch of the Order.
In the event that a Good ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered by www.carousel.md , we undertake to inform the Customer of this fact and to return the value of the Good to the Customer's account, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which www.carousel.md took note of this fact.

The final price paid by the Customer consists of the product price + related shipping and/or collection costs. Delivery prices are detailed on the website. All prices related to products and services sold through the website www.carousel.md are expressed in Lei and include VAT
Payment and order information
At checkout, you can choose from the payment methods shown as available. Online card payment is available only when that option is active and displayed there. The amount, currency and payment instructions for each order are shown before confirmation. We do not charge additional fees for card payments or cash on delivery.
Information needed to process the order is handled under the Privacy Policy. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email. If online card payment is available, use only the secure payment form provided at checkout. Any currency conversion follows the card issuer’s terms.

When placing the order on the www.carousel.md website, delivery is not included in the product price
Delivery cost
Free delivery on orders of 699 MDL or more, anywhere in Moldova. Delivery costs 50 MDL for orders below 699 MDL.
The free-delivery threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery costs. There are no additional fees for card payments or cash on delivery.
Delivery time
Courier delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova takes 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods or for more remote locations, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Store pickup
Pickup from the Carousel store at 24 Mihai Eminescu Street, Chișinău, is free, regardless of the order value.
Bulky products
For certain bulky or oversized items, such as children's furniture, play kitchens and large ride-on vehicles, delivery costs and times may be calculated individually. In such cases, the customer will be contacted before dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements.
The delivery can also be carried out by the dispossessing Customer or other third parties determined by the Customer, in these cases the pick-up point of the products will be in the municipality of Chisinau at the address established by "Toys Market" SRL on the day of purchase of the product from the website.
Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery term will be agreed with him.
If the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have undergone changes after the confirmation of the Order), "Toys Market" SRL will inform the Customer about the unavailability and the amounts he paid will be refunded in term of 14 days. The customer can confirm the changes made regarding the price or the characteristics of the products, thus modifying the initial Order, and "Toys Market" SRL will deliver the products according to the Order thus modified.
In the case of orders with personal pickup, paid online, it is necessary for the person who will pick up the package to present at the pickup point an identity document of the person who registered the order.
Terms of delivery
At the request of www.carousel.md , the customer will provide proof of his identity, if necessary through one or more documents issued by official authorities, and will communicate the Order number assigned by the Seller.
If the Customer is unable to receive the Order in person, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over the age of 18 and only if the Order number is communicated to the Courier.
No order delivery request will be honored if the Customer does not meet the above conditions.
The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by www.carousel.md , at the moment of handing over the Ordered products to the Customer.
Reception of products
After the arrival of the goods at the place of destination, the quantitative and qualitative reception of the product is carried out.
In the event that there are quantitative deficiencies compared to the content specification or qualitative defects due to transport, they will be supplemented or replaced by www.carousel.md within 3 (three) days from the finding.
Receipt does not remove withdrawal rights or rights concerning defects, including those discovered later.
Guarantee
Statutory conformity rights apply to purchased products and are not limited by the 14-day withdrawal period. Any commercial warranty supplements rather than replaces these rights. Contact info@carousel.md about non-conforming goods.
Returns for online orders
For online purchases, you may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. For a split order, the period starts when the last product arrives; for a product delivered in parts, when the last part arrives. You may also notify withdrawal before delivery.
Requesting a return or cancellation
Email info@carousel.md or send a clear declaration to TOYS MARKET SRL, IDNO 1017609000525, registered address: Ungheni, str. Națională 14, Republic of Moldova. Phone: +373 22 011 022. Include your name and products/order for identification. No bank form or reason is required. Sample message: “I withdraw from the contract for products …, order …, received on … . Name …, address …, date … .”
Send or hand over goods within 14 days of notification to the Carousel store, str. Mihai Eminescu 24, Chișinău, MD-2012. Contact us to arrange free return shipping. No restocking fee applies. Request cancellation before dispatch using the same contacts; dispatch does not remove your statutory right to withdraw.
Condition and exceptions
You may inspect a product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. A justified reduction in value caused by use beyond this inspection may be deducted as permitted by law. Keep accessories and packaging where possible; missing packaging does not automatically prevent a return.
Toys, books, ordinary clothing and discounted products are not automatically excluded from online returns. Statutory exceptions include goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing. An exception applies only where the product and circumstances meet the legal conditions and it is disclosed before purchase. A standard product specially ordered from a supplier is not automatically personalised.
Refunds and non-conforming goods
We refund amounts due, including initial standard delivery where applicable, through the original payment method without a fee, within 14 days of withdrawal notification. Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of dispatch. Additional costs of premium delivery chosen by the customer need not be refunded. Cash payments are refunded on the day the product is handed back.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately under statutory conformity rights; the 14-day period and withdrawal exceptions do not remove these rights. Contact us for a remedy.
Application
Law No. 105/2003 of 13 March 2003 on consumer protection and the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova apply. More favourable terms promised when purchasing remain valid for earlier orders.
