Delivery cost

Free delivery on orders of 699 MDL or more, anywhere in Moldova. Delivery costs 50 MDL for orders below 699 MDL.

The free-delivery threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery costs. There are no additional fees for card payments or cash on delivery.

Delivery time

Courier delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova takes 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods or for more remote locations, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Store pickup

Pickup from the Carousel store at 24 Mihai Eminescu Street, Chișinău, is free, regardless of the order value.

Bulky products

For certain bulky or oversized items, such as children's furniture, play kitchens and large ride-on vehicles, delivery costs and times may be calculated individually. In such cases, the customer will be contacted before dispatch to confirm the delivery arrangements.

Receiving your parcel

Please check the packaging when receiving your parcel. You may refuse a parcel showing visible signs of damage, opening or moisture.
