Returns

If you decide to return a product, you have 14 calendar days from the date the invoice or receipt was issued.

The returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt provided at purchase.

The product can be returned to the Carousel store. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

• For cash payments, the amount is refunded on the day the product is returned.
• For bank card payments, you will need to complete a bank form, and the amount will be refunded within 15 business days.
