Payment Methods

You can make a purchase, by adding the desired goods to the shopping cart, completing the order by making payment through one of the methods indicated. A product is available for purchase as long as there is stock available for it. If a product is added to the shopping cart, but you do not complete the order, the product will not remain reserved.

By completing the order, you agree that all the data indicated, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order.

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each order. We will issue you an invoice for the delivered products, for this it is necessary to provide all the information necessary for issuing the invoice by the buyer.

Several payment methods are available depending on your preference and convenience, in this sense you can choose:

• Paying for the products by cash, based on the invoice that is attached to the order sent, delivered by the courier;

• Online credit/debit card payment is available only when this option is displayed at checkout. In that case, follow the secure payment form provided there.

• For STAR Card instalments, ask info@carousel.md to confirm availability and terms before ordering. Mentioning the programme on this page does not mean that it is available at checkout.

• Payment by transfer in case you place the order for a legal unit, you can request a payment account to which you will have 3 working days to make the transfer.

Available methods, the amount and currency are shown at checkout. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or passwords by email.

Consumer protection

Payment, return, refund and cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Law No. 105/2003 of 13 March 2003 on consumer protection, as amended and in force. Nothing in these conditions limits the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
