Ready for anything

Up at the top of the tree is a small leaf of everything. Little Wolf wants very much to look at her closely, pet her, and even eat her. How do you get to a leaf that doesn't want to fall off the tree by itself?

Fortunately for the Little Wolf, there is always the Big Wolf by his side, who is ready for anything. And he decided: he will bring the leaf to the Little Wolf. But climbing to the stars is not so easy…

But one morning the Great Wolf got up, broke his bones and said:
"I'm going after her!"
Simply. No reason.
Just to see Little Wolf's eyes light up.
At first it was easy to climb. There were thick branches to hold on to.
Little Wolf said nothing. He was smiling. But then they were nothing but thin branches, which cracked every time the Great Wolf grabbed them.
Little Wolf said nothing. He wasn't even smiling anymore. He began to wonder if there was any point in such an effort for such a small leaf.
